Request Supplement
When requesting a repair supplement through PDR LINX, do not proceed with repairs until the supplement has been approved and you have received a copy of the supplement approval.
Please provide complete information about your hail claim supplement request in the form below. Follow these guidelines to ensure your supplement is processed timely and with a higher likelihood of approval:
1. Upload photos of hail damage as high-quality JPEGs (.jpg or .jpeg) that clearly support the supplement request.
2. Utilize hail lights to show all supplemental dents, including as many dents on each panel as possible.
3. Wherever possible, use size comparison props such as coins or golf balls in photos.
4. Do not include any additional markings (e.g., circles, check marks, arrows, etc.) to indicate damage.
5. Do not include links to images.
