Having begun his career at 17-years old, Rusty has excelled in many areas of the retail auto industry. Beginning with one of Texas’s most successful dealership groups in 1983, Rustyserved as Service Director before becoming Fixed Operations Director for a Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep North Texas dealer in 2007. He joined PDR LINX as Senior Vice President of Operations in 2012 and currently serves as President and COO. Rusty has overseen the ReconLINX and LINXManager initiatives and ensures success by developing key relationships with valued partners throughout the industry.

Jon joined Nobilis group in 2005 and currently oversees the strategy, management and implementation of PDR LINX sales activities. He is responsible for cultivating and maintaining key relationships that lead to market penetration and company growth. Jon also handles training, management and support for the PDR LINX sales team

Jeffrey has been with PDR LINX since 2012 and is responsible for the planning, management and execution of ground-level PDR LINX operations. This includes developing strategies that maximize production return and managing customer retention cost through all operational phases. Jeffrey also manages the national technician network and promoting its expansion.

Bernard joined PDR LINX in 2014  and is the head of planning, management and execution of PDR LINX claims operations. Bernie has primary ownership for developing and maintaining relationships with direct insurance carriers. To ensure unmatched customer service, he also trains and manages PDR LINX Claims teams while managing claims activity to ensure service-level agreements are met.

Tricia, who joined PDR LINX in 2011, is responsible for guiding the overall growth, management and execution of the PDR LINX technician network. Tricia  managed the deployment of technicians to storm areas, managing the quality and quantity of technician repairs, and communicating repair status.
